The facilitators, barriers, and perceived benefits of the web-based Mental Health Toolkit implementation at Finnish workplaces
研究了在六个芬兰大型工作场所实施网络心理健康工具包的影响因素,发现战略契合、协调员支持和融入现有实践是促进因素,而资源时间限制、任务不匹配等是障碍,工具能增强员工被倾听感和改善工作实践。
Mental health disorders are one of the leading causes of work disability. This study explored factors affecting the implementation of a web-based Mental Health Toolkit in six large Finnish workplaces. Using the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) and thematic analysis, we identified facilitators and barriers to implementation. Key facilitators included alignment with organisational strategies, a supportive coordinator, and integration into existing practices. Barriers included resource and time constraints, poor fit with tasks, insufficient communication and limited meeting opportunities. The tools were perceived to enhance employees' sense of being heard, support discussions on well-being, and improve work practices. The study highlights the importance of strategic alignment and organisational support in implementing mental health tools. Our findings provide valuable insights for future workplace interventions, emphasising the need to consider workplace-specific contexts. These results highlight the potential of web-based tools to promote mental health and employee participation when effectively integrated and supported.
