This article primarily investigates the <italic xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">p</i>th moment exponential stability of a class of highly nonlinear stochastic delayed systems subject to impulses and Markovian switching. Significantly, we establish sufficient conditions for the <italic xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">p</i>th moment exponential stability of the considered system and derive an upper bound for the moment Lyapunov exponent. By using the comparison principle, impulsive effect is explored. Finally, the practicality and feasibility of the theoretical results have been demonstrated through a numerical simulation.
