Obtaining a balance between charging stations and battery swapping stations
研究政府与私营企业在建设电动汽车充电站和换电站时的互动,发现当采用目标和建设成本都高时,政府才应提供激励,且双方都应额外建站。
Ease of access of electric vehicle (EV) re-fuelling stations (i.e. charging stations (CS) and battery swapping stations (BSS)) enacts as an important element to enhance the adoption of EVs in a country. Admiring this, the government of many countries are developing ideas to achieve the set adoption goal for EVs by constructing re-fuelling stations directly or offering incentives to private firms for establishing re-fuelling stations. Our study focusses on synchronizing the interactions between the consumers, private firms, and the government. Considering the construction cost of refuelling stations by the government and private firms independent of each other, we find that the both should build extra re-fuelling stations and the incentives must be offered by the government to the private firms only when both the adoption goal and construction cost are high.
