通过模拟零重力低压环境,测量了宇航员使用电动工具时EVA手套对手臂振动传递的影响,发现手套能减少手部振动但无法有效减弱手腕、上臂和前臂的振动,且握力和手套压力会显著影响减振效果。

Abstract

This study proposes a direct measurement method for hand-transmitted vibration in a simulated zero-gravity, low-pressure environment. The study evaluates the vibration reduction effect of extravehicular activity (EVA) gloves and explores their influence on the vibration transmission characteristics of the hand-arm system. Twelve subjects participated in the experiment, simulating astronauts using electric tools to drive screws outside the cabin and measuring vibration exposure at various positions of the human hand-arm system. The results showed that EVA gloves can reduce vibration transmission to the hand, but cannot effectively weaken vibration transmission to the wrist, upper arm and forearm. The pressure in EVA gloves has a significant impact on the vibration transmission characteristics of various positions of the arm system. Increasing the grip force will weaken the vibration reduction effect of EVA gloves, and there is a significant interaction between grip force, pressure and EVA gloves.
