Circular Supply Chain Practices and Sustainable Performance: The Role of Supply Chain Ethical Leadership and Green Knowledge Sharing
基于自然资源基础观,研究绿色知识共享和供应链伦理领导力如何优化循环供应链实践对可持续绩效的影响,对384家加纳制造企业进行问卷调查和结构方程建模分析。
ABSTRACT This study draws on the natural resource‐based view to conceptualize how green knowledge sharing and ethical leadership in supply chains could leverage circular supply chain practices to drive significant improvements in sustainable performance. The study validates the proposed hypotheses using survey data from 384 manufacturing firms in Ghana and structural equation modeling as an analytical tool. The study advances the natural resource–based view in sustainable supply chain literature by theorizing and validating green knowledge sharing and supply chain ethical leadership as mechanisms through which the effect of circular supply chain practices on sustainable performance can be optimized. The paper, therefore, sheds light on how firms could combine circular supply chain practices, green knowledge sharing, and supply chain ethical leadership to enhance sustainability performance in emerging economies.
