The economic geography of climate change: a review and ways forward
这篇评论梳理了经济地理学如何研究气候变化,聚焦于《经济地理学杂志》的文献,识别出气候影响的不均匀地理、适应策略的地理以及塑造区域响应的集体能动性三条主线,并提出了未来研究方向。
Abstract Climate change is reshaping socioeconomic systems worldwide through uneven and interconnected impacts. This commentary takes stock of how economic geography has engaged with climate change, focusing on contributions published in the Journal of Economic Geography. I identify three main threads in this literature: (1) the uneven geography of climate impacts, (2) the geography of adaptation strategies, and (3) the collective agency shaping territorial responses. Building on these insights, I outline future research avenues that move beyond administrative boundaries, carbon tunnel vision, and the mere measurement of practices, and that link adaptation to mitigation, to inform more effective place-sensitive policies and strategies.
