A comprehensive taxonomy of sourcing, making and delivering problems for production planning
基于SCOR模型提出一个针对工业制造中采购、制造和交付问题的分类法,帮助学者和从业者系统分析生产规划问题,提升规划效率。
Although the academic and research community has developed many models, algorithms and procedures to solve production planning and control (PPC) problems, there is no clear position to help to normalise and unify either the different problem types or problem subtypes that derive from them. Moreover, despite production control being crucial for ensuring smooth plan execution, the emphasis of this paper lies in providing a comprehensive taxonomy tailored specifically to address production planning problems. Here we propose a taxonomy based on supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model processes to organise and analyse production planning problems related to source (S), make (M) and deliver (D) in industrial manufacturing contexts at both intra- and interenterprise levels. This taxonomy can be useful in designing tailored solutions or approaches to improve production planning efficiency and effectiveness for academic and manufacturing practitioners.
