The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Supply Chain Risk Management: A Literature Review and a Conceptual Framework
采用文献计量系统综述方法,分析了303篇关于人工智能在供应链风险管理中应用的文章,识别出三个主要主题,并提出了未来研究的四个方向,构建了整合概念框架。
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) has markedly strengthened supply chain resilience, particularly in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. As AI applications in SCRM continue to expand, there is a need to conduct a bibliometric analysis that yields rigorous and objective insights into its current research landscape. This study adopts a bibliometric systematic literature review (B-SLR) approach, utilizing the Citespace tool to systematically analyze 303 articles related to AI in SCRM, complemented by an in-depth content analysis of 98 carefully selected studies. This research offers a comprehensive overview of the current status and evolving trends of AI adoption within SCRM, identifying three principal themes emerging from the literature. Additionally, based on identified research hotspots and content analysis, the study proposes four promising directions for future research. By systematically reviewing the literature on the application of AI in SCRM, we clarify the research trajectory of AI applications in SCRM and develop an integrated conceptual framework, thereby making a significant contribution to the engineering management literature.
