Abstract

During dry and windy seasons, wildfire conditions increase the risk of transmission line failures. This repository provides a multi-stage optimization framework for dynamic transmission topology control under decision-dependent uncertainty in line survival. The implementation combines distributionally robust modeling with a stochastic nested decomposition algorithm and includes diagnostics and visualization for policy analysis.
