Abstract

Intelligent transformation in manufacturing enterprises (MEIT) aims to reduce costs, improve efficiency and quality, and enhance market competitiveness. However, conflicts arise among stakeholders in the artificial intelligence-enhanced MEIT (AI+MEIT) ecosystem because of divergent interests, unequal constraints, and heterogeneous responses to transformation-related risks and uncertainties. This study examines how heterogeneous risk attitudes can be incorporated into the Graph Model for Conflict Resolution (GMCR) for AI+MEIT conflict analysis. First, based on multi-criteria information, an aspiration-driven mechanism is developed to characterize stakeholders' perceived gains and losses across alternative states and to identify their risk attitudes from the decision environment. Second, risk-sensitive adjustment factors are introduced to capture differences in perceived gains and losses under heterogeneous risk attitudes. Third, a mixed-attitude equilibrium concept is proposed to support stability analysis under behavioral diversity. Finally, the improved GMCR framework is illustrated through an application example and sensitivity-based robustness analysis, showing how heterogeneous risk attitudes reshape conflict evolution paths and equilibrium patterns. The proposed framework extends GMCR in a risk sensitive direction and provides structured support for conflict analysis and decision-making in AI+MEIT.
