Job Quality in a Turbulent Era
本书探讨了在自动化、平台化和劳动力市场碎片化背景下,现有就业质量框架的不足,并指出传统方法在监管就业质量方面的局限性。
ABSTRACT This review examines Job Quality in a Turbulent Era and its attempt to rethink job quality under conditions of automation, platformisation and labour market fragmentation. The book argues that current frameworks are insufficient to capture the changing nature of work, particularly in contexts of algorithmic management and dispersed labour control; and it suggests that there are limits to the efficacy of established approaches in regulating job quality in these contexts.
