This article investigates the problem of resilient cooperative output regulation for unknown nonlinear multiagent systems (MASs) subjected to denial-of-service (DoS) attacks and external disturbances. To ensure resilience against DoS attacks, a partially skew-symmetric filter was developed that guarantees sufficient differentiability of reference signals and remains applicable under time-varying communication topologies. Adjustable transient performance is achieved through a control-gain selection method based on a modified distributed backstepping framework. In contrast to conventional approaches that enforce a fixed settling time, the proposed method provides a permissible range for settling times, thus expanding the feasible set of control gains. Finally, numerical simulations and a tower crane case study are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
