MANAGERIAL COMPETENCE OF THE STATE ADMINISTRATION HEAD’S IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION AS A PREREQUISITE FOR A HEALTHY SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE IN THE TEAM

The management competence of state administration head’s in the education sector is discussed in article as a factor of socio-psychological climate in the team. The relationship between leadership style and socio-psychological atmosphere in the team was determined there. It was emphasized that the state body head’s level of formation of managerial competence in the education sector, acts as an effective factor and prerequisite for healthy social and psychological climate in the team. Detected indicators according to which can be carried indirect assessment of managerial competence of the head of state body in the education sector by supreme governing body, for example during appraisal. There is determined the individual objectives of administrators and provided recommendations for improving the socio-psychological climate in the team based on analysis of personal and business skills of heads of public administration in education.
